Instalair Pty Ltd has been in operation for the past 30 years and currently employs mechanical and air system engineers, fabrication maintenance and installation staff. The scope of projects completed by Instalair range from small fabrication jobs to multi-million dollar material handling and dust collection systems throughout Australia.

FANS & BLOWERS Instalair has a wide range of commercial and industrial fans and blowers for all applications. We also manufacture material handling fans from anti-corrosive or anti-abrasive materials.

PLASMA CUTTING Instalair's workshop is equipped with the latest technology including the newest CNC Plasma Cutting System. This system is capable of cutting any metallic material up to 25mm thick.

SHAPE DEVELOPMENT Take the hard work out of laying out unique or intricate patterns using Instalair's CAD / CAM Shape Development Software. These capabilities combined with Instalair's plasma cutting service will cut workshop labour hours significantly.

DUST COLLECTION SYSTEMS Instalair specializes in the design, manufacture, installation and troubleshooting of all commercial and industrial dust and lint / fibre collection systems. Dust collectors supplied and installed by Instalair can be designed to handle most products or waste material.

PNEUMATIC CONVEYING Conveying materials with air can cause serious system failures if not designed correctly. Instalair's Engineering Department has 30 years experience in designing and troubleshooting systems for most products conveyed in this manner by commercial / industrial and agricultural industries.

VENTILATION AND AIR FILTRATION SYSTEMS Instalair designs, manufactures and installs ventilation systems giving our clients a clean and healthy work environment. Switch room pressurization systems are also supplied and serviced by Instalair.

METAL FABRICATION Instalair has a fully equipped workshop with the capacity to manufacture and site install many varied metal fabrication projects.
