Cyclones

Instalair Pty Ltd manufacture and install high efficiency cyclones with associated product screw conveyors, rotary valves and support structures. Cyclones are available for individual air quantities from 300 litres / second to 5000 litres / second with larger air quantities being accommodated by using multiple cyclones and inter splitter transitions.

Cyclones can be made from all types of steel ranging from 1.5mm mild steel up to 6mm wear resistant products or stainless steel, depending on type of product being collected.

Cyclone collectors are suitable for most applications and they require no compressed air or filter media, making them a maintenance free solution. Air discharge from cyclones may be ducted to additional filtered collector if required for some products to satisfy EPA.
