Rotary Valves

Instalair can design and manufacture a rotary valve sized to suit most industries and a variety of applications. Rotary valves are volume controlled feeders, used for a single product such as dust collection, or for product blending processes; sand/cement mixes.

A rotary valve recommended for dust collection is a sealed system which allows you to empty the waste receptacle whilst the dust collection system is still operating. This means your business has no down time and no difficult bin seals to contend with.

Rotary valves can be manufactured from most metals with different seals for food, chemical and abrasive or corrosive materials.
